Do you offer specialty blends?
Yes! We can customize fruit and vegetable blends exactly to your specifications.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Shelf life varies by the product. Our general rule is 10 to 12 days for vegetables and 8 to 10 days for fruits.
How do you manage consistency?
With any produce, consistency of size is key to an evenly cooked final product. We use state-of-the-art equipment and perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure consistency in slicing and dicing.
Can you deliver our products?
Yes, we can deliver directly to customers in DFW, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston. Our minimum order for delivery is 1,000 pounds.
Do I have to have an account to place an order?
No, an account is not necessary. Customers without accounts can place orders over the phone or by email and must pay in cash when they pick up their orders.
Have you worked with national foodservice distributors?
Yes, we supply fresh-cut products to several broadline foodservice distributors.
Can you deliver outside of Texas?
While we currently only deliver in Texas, we work with multiple foodservice distributors with geographic footprints well beyond Texas borders. Please contact us to learn more about these distribution options.
